In our operations, it is crucial to be able to plan our employees’ time for projects and tasks, and to keep track of the time actually spent. Based on our own needs, we developed xRMS (Next Resource Management System), a customisable, easily configurable system that can be integrated with other systems.
The xRMS provides up-to-date, complete feedback on employee time and helps optimise employee workload based on past and future planning data. By using the system, the actual effort and costs of projects can be monitored on a daily basis, so that the expected profitability level of a project can be properly controlled by regularly checking for deviations.

XRMS
The system is a browser-based solution with a responsive interface, easy to configure and integrate with other systems, which fully covers a wide range of needs, typically similar for all companies.
Projects can be recorded by specifying which employee is involved, with what expertise, function and type of authorisation role. Such a role could be, for example, the project manager, who is the person who approves the expenditure. For each user, the unit cost of an expenditure can be defined by expertise, which can even be defined differently from project to project. A resource and cost plan can also be created for the project.
Employees record their time spent per period on timesheets, which can be automated through system integration. At the end of the period, users with an approver role have the opportunity to approve or reject items with appropriate justification.
The xRMS is also capable of defining KPI targets for employees and measuring their achievement, thus greatly simplifying and making the target-based remuneration system transparent.
We are also constantly working on further developing the product, implementing the needs that arise in daily use as standard solutions.
