For organisations with multiple properties, personal assets or resources with limited access (e.g. a conference room, a shared car, a projector), the question often arises how to manage their occupancy efficiently and use resources effectively. This is answered by our custom-developed reservation system. We have created a prototype of the solution for a major university in Budapest and, based on the positive feedback, we have decided to offer an enhanced version of the solution as a ready-to-use system.

The system also handles special requests and can even collect user satisfaction ratings on demand. The booking system provides excellent integration with SAP core systems.
The reservation system provides excellent integration with SAP core systems, so in addition to the full value-added service, it also facilitates e.g. financial, logistical, maintenance administration.
Our custom-developed solution is also perfect for large companies’ internal booking needs (e.g. requesting a car from their fleet) and even for rental webshop tasks.

After pre-registration, users from outside the organisation can select and reserve the rooms and sports equipment they require, record individual requests, pay online, even use discount coupons, and, be identified by the QR code received when the transaction is completed, enter the organisation’s premises and access the service they have ordered.
Internal staff can reserve resources, even without pay, where appropriate, and access additional functions and information on the availability of assets (e.g. who is reserving each asset, when).
Users with administrator role can run analyses to provide decision makers with immediate information on utilisation, return on investment, etc.
