QUALITY ASSURANCE
Our quality assurance service can basically follow two approaches: product- and process-based.
There are two basic approaches to the quality assurance task: product-based and process-based.
In product quality assurance:
- We continuously monitor the deliverables of the project and, based on our experience and industry best practices, we assess their quality, make recommendations for improvement and draw attention to emerging risks.
- We review all deliverables of the project, in cooperation with the Contractor, we evaluate the development tools, methodologies, applications used, and the fulfilment of the project plan, even for all work packages.
- We participate in technical meetings, status meetings, project steering committee meetings, sponsor meetings, etc.
In process quality assurance:
- We evaluate and analyse the risks inherent in the project management processes during project implementation, its methodological adequacy and the included non-standard project elements.
- In line with the Client's operations, we regularly report on the tasks performed and propose any changes deemed necessary.
WHEN DO YOU NEED QUALITY ASSURANCE?
- If your system development or implementation project lacks the right competencies in-house, be it in the area of development or project management.
- If it gives you comfort when a third party supports you in your negotiations and cooperation with the Contractor.
