In the course of our operations, we have found that the recording and inventory of fixed assets consumes a considerable amount of time and energy. In addition to keeping up-to-date records of assets and their basic data and status information, it is also necessary to keep the whereabouts of assets up-to-date, i.e. to record where they are located and which staff members are using them.

As part of a normal inventory process, we prepare an inventory list of assets owned by the company based on the accounting records and the results of the previous inventory. Once the location of the assets has been identified, we visually identify the assets, assess their condition and, if necessary, prepare a scrap report. These tasks require considerable time and energy.

Our InvenStory app is designed to solve these problems. Accessible from the browser, the platform provides a complete set of tools to record fixed assets, move them between locations, inventory, scrap, shortages and process forms, ensuring users can perform these tasks efficiently and easily.

The system is easy to parameterise and can even be integrated with other systems, which fully covers a wide range of needs, typically similar for all companies. It can be implemented as a stand-alone system in a few days.
