It is common practice for tenderers to provide CVs of the employees they intend to involve in the implementation when submitting their tender application. In the course of our work, we have found that the registration and updating of these CVs is extremely cumbersome and consumes an unnecessary amount of effort, and often results in CVs that are different in structure and format. In addition to this, the biggest challenge was the GDPR-compliant management of the relevant data fields, which also complicates the operations related to CV management.
To solve this problem, we developed a CV Generator, an application that allows you to keep a detailed record of your employees’ competencies, project and work experience, and other professionally relevant information.
Using it, you can keep a consistent record of your data, and thanks to the dynamic template engine, you can quickly and efficiently generate CVs that are consistent in both appearance and structure. The CV Generator allows you to minimise redundancy by using fixed value sets. The system provides access to employee data and CVs only when authorised and logs all related activities in sufficient depth for traceability. Of course, full data deletion per person is possible in accordance with GDPR regulations.

Available in the traditional installed version or even in the cloud, the application also acts as a Human Resources database, where data and CVs for each colleague are available with a few clicks. It is a particularly useful tool for recruitment agencies, headhunters or project-based companies where up-to-date CVs are essential for efficient business operations and a consistent design of the CVs is important.
Employees fill in a form to record their personal details, work and project experience, studies and other competences. All these details can be approved by the administrator and, with a single click, a CV is created in DOCX and PDF format, based on the template chosen. The system manages the templates dynamically, so you can create any number of templates in English or Hungarian, with individual colour or formatting options.
Employee data and completed CVs are stored in a central data storage, providing easy retrieval and reporting for the company.
