This application was created to meet our own needs, as the management of different types of contracts has become almost untrackable due to the growth of our company. We wanted a single, common platform to store contract data, files and track the administration of contracts, and there was no sufficiently customisable out-of-the-box product available.
To solve this problem, we have developed a solution that is easy to parameterise and integrate with other systems, and that fully covers our wide range of needs, which are typically similar for all companies.

Available in a traditional, installed version or even cloud-based, the application also functions as a business partner database, where contracts and data for each partner are accessible with a few clicks.
Access levels are managed with role-based permissions, and automatic notifications can be requested if, for example, a contract is about to expire.
The system, which can manage complex hierarchies, can fully manage framework and ad hoc contracts, customer and subcontractor contracts, as well as employee contracts and related documents. It is also possible to manage contracts in a linked way, for example, it is enough to change a project ID modification in one place.
The solution has not just delivered, but exceeded our expectations, therefore we are offering our applicatio for contract inventory management as a boxed product after internal use. We are also continuously working to further develop the product, implementing the needs that arise in daily use as part of the standard solution.
